School rollout is pending review
The operator's legal name and parent/school contact details have not been configured yet. This notice is a product description, not a certification of COPPA, FERPA, or state-law compliance. Schools should wait for the completed operator notice, district approval, and any required agreement or consent before using this service with students.
Edition: . Updated September 2026.
No student email signup
Students join with a room code and a preset color-and-animal nickname. Do not enter a real name, email address, date of birth, school ID, photo, or address. There is no student chat, public profile, or public leaderboard. A room's leaderboard is visible to its members. Teachers should keep any nickname-to-student roster outside this game in their school's approved system.
What the game stores
This browser stores solo saves, game preferences, tutorial choices, and private room access codes. The server stores room membership, nicknames, random player identifiers, portfolios, orders, trades, results, and host access credentials as hashes. These are pseudonymous records; they can still relate to a student. Instructor accounts store a username, password hash, recovery-code hash, access authorization and temporary login sessions. Open-beta registration also stores the time and version of an adult/educator declaration. No instructor email is required.
The app uses this information to run, resume, secure and score games. It does not include advertising, behavioral analytics, or data sales. Hosting infrastructure processes connection information such as IP addresses and may keep access/security logs; its retention and backup settings still require operator review. Authentication rate-limit hashes expire after 15 minutes and are cleaned during server maintenance.
Services and real-market data
Hostinger hosts the app and private classroom database. Realistic mode sends stock symbols and exchanges from our server to Twelve Data for market data. The casual edition can also request Finnhub news. These requests do not intentionally include nicknames, room codes or portfolios. Education mode disables unreviewed live news. Email cloud saving is disabled by default in both editions. Installed-app caches contain game files, not API responses. Opening a source or publisher link visits that external website directly under its own privacy policy.
Storage and deletion
Rooms are retained for 90 days after the host last opens them or explicitly extends storage. Background market movement, student play and dashboard listing alone do not renew that deadline. The instructor dashboard and Room menu show the date. Deletion runs during server use and hourly while the server is running; an offline server catches up when it next accesses the database. Archiving pauses a game but does not delete it or exempt it from retention.
Instructors can delete their rooms from the dashboard. Students can open Room menu and choose Delete my room data to remove their membership, portfolio, trades and orders. Hosts use that control to delete the whole room. Deletion changes the leaderboard and cannot be undone in the app. Downloaded teacher reports and external backups are separate copies: their owners must manage and delete them under the school's and operator's policies. External backup rotation has not yet been verified.
To clear this device, first delete any server room data you want removed, while you still have its access code. Then close other game tabs and use the button below. Clearing browser storage alone does not delete server records.
For parents and schools
Once the operator contact is configured, parents and schools can request review or deletion without asking children to provide contact details. A teacher can already view and delete records for their own rooms. The operator must complete its school-authorization, parent-request, security, provider-log and backup procedures before school rollout. Calling an edition “casual” does not exempt it from children's privacy requirements.
Education question checkpoints
Teachers can write lesson questions or use the built-in bank. The classroom record stores the question plan and each player's last selected choice, correctness, and attempt count, linked to their preset nickname and internal player ID. Students do not enter free-text answers or new personal details. Only the owning instructor can see class responses; students receive their own feedback. These records follow the room's storage deadline. Delete my room data removes a player's answers; deleting the room removes its questions and responses from active storage. External backups have separate deletion procedures. Teachers should not put personal information in custom questions.
Educator open beta
Educators may register without an invitation by declaring that they are at least 18 and an educator. This is self-declared; the service does not independently verify age or professional status. Students should join classrooms by code, not create educator accounts. Adult-only beta test rooms are for adult evaluation without student data and record a separate test declaration. Open-beta availability does not resolve the school rollout items listed above.
